Lesley Bernstein

Lesley BernsteinExecutive Vice President Client Engagements Services

Over twenty years of experience supporting the BFSI, Retail, Consumer, Manufacturing, and government domains. Managing Partner at Techtriad team and InfoPeers Group. Owner of several Consulting Companies which are currently being amalgamated under Techtriad Team brand. Responsible for Account Management for our larger clients who utilize Staff Augmentation and our Near/ Off-Shore Delivery Model. Lesley works with Clients as well as each Account Manager on-site providing leadership and oversight to the Outsourcing function. Operates as an SME on initiating engagements and escalation on operational support for Projects, building new COE’s, hiring team members and functions as a Business Analyst to help support the overall Engagements.

  • Prior to Techtriad Team, Lesley was with Butler International/America from 1997-2011 as a Vice President and Director of IT Outsourcing. Started the Off-Shore division in 2003, customized each engagement to support individual client’s needs, part of Recruitment and hiring strategy and was POC for Butlers Outsourcing Client base.
  • Example of Enterprise wide Clients: Major Communications company, Supported the largest bank in the US and privately held Hedge Fund in the US, Consumer Products, banks, travel industry, and large manufacturer of equipment.
  • Lesley started in the Consulting Industry with Cap Gemini DASD, as a Business Analyst. She was a billable resource to a major bank. She moved into back-office operations and became the Manager of Recruiting, responsible for Recruitment Strategies for the Organization.

Bharani Kumar Aroll

Bharani Kumar ArollExecutive Vice President – Global Service Delivery.

Till recently he was the country head for Butler America India operations and managed Global IT/BPO services at Butler America Inc. He has above 28 years of experience in the areas of IT, Engineering and BPO services across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Telecom, Healthcare, BFSI and Retail domains. He has developed expertise in planning, developing, and implementing outsourcing/offshoring solutions in diverse technology platforms to address business opportunities.

Throughout his career, Bharani has successfully managed business-critical multi-site international projects leading global teams spanning across multiple countries. He lived in the U.S for 13 years and worked at companies such as AVON, MERCK, MARQUIP etc. Bharani is Mechanical engineering graduate and has Masters in Engineering and MBA . He is a Certified PMP, ITIL v3 certified professional, and an ISO9000-certified Lead assessor.

He is associated with many Industry and Trade bodies and speaks at many technology events on Cyber Security, Digital technologies such as AI, ML, Mobile technologies etc.

Marjorie Evans

Marjorie EvansDirector of Business Development.

Marjorie Evans will help lead the company's expansion into new and existing areas. Marjorie’s role as Director of Business Development includes working with the company leadership to develop and execute sales strategy, networking and developing new business and key account relationships and working with the sales team to help expand business.

Marjorie has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT and Engineering services across Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing and other domains. Previously, Marjorie was a senior sales manager at Visionet where she was responsible for all operations including sales, recruiting, client management, marketing and overall business strategy in managing her large client contracts.

Marjorie received a Bachelor of Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania and resides in Pittsburgh, PA.

Leonardo Castro
